- Feline Distemper (FVRCP) is required 1-3 years depending on your veterinarian's protocol. A kitten needs to have completed a series of 2 vaccines.

Most of our gusts arrive at our Resort flea free. In order to maintain a flea free environment, we require all pets arriving with fleas to get a de-flea treatment in our salon at owner’s expense.

We require that all dogs staying with us for 5 or more days receive a bath on exit. Our bath prices vary by breed. We do waive our 11:00 AM check-out time on the departure day when a bath is given. This also applies to cats. Furthermore, whenever a pet gets a bath on the departure day, you are charged the bath price but not the boarding price.

- Bordetella is required every 6 months. Some veterinarians give bordetella every year but for better protection, we require it every 6 months. Puppies under 9 months need to have received a series of 2 vaccines.
- Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP) is required 1-3 years, depending on veterinarian's protocol. A puppy needs to have completed the series of three vaccines.
- Rabies is required every1-3 years depending on dog's age. A puppy or first rabies is good for a year. Thereafter it is a 3 year vaccine.

We require vaccines to be current on dogs, cats, and some exotics. Please see the side panel for our requirements. By requiring vaccines for all pets coming in to our resort, we help to provide a safe and healthy environments for our guests.

We realize that sometimes our lobby hours may not correspond to your travel hours. That is why we offer After-Hours services. With prior arrangement, you can drop off or pick up outside our regular hours. We offer this service from 6:30PM-10:00PM nightly and from 7:30AM until opening time on Saturday and Sunday only. There is an additional charge of $20.00. On a holiday the charge is $35.00.

We do require a credit card and driver license or identification card on file to act as a deposit. For holiday reservations, we do require a $50 deposit paid in advance and subject to forfeiture if you cancel your reservation.

If your pet loves to travel in style, our limousine service is just the ticket. We can provide transportation in our luxurious van to or from the resort. The minimum charge is $30.00 each way and depends on the distance and time traveled. Advance reservations are recommended. We're sorry, but same-day service may not always be available.

For dogs, we charge a small fee for feeding owner provided food unless the food is prescribed by a veterinarian. The fee is $3 per day per dog. This fee covers the extra labor involved in making sure the correct dog gets the correct food. Actualily, most dogs we see do very well on our Science Diet Sensitive Stomach brand food.
We also charge $3 a day per pet for most medications given. Please be sure to bring the medication in the original container. For insulin , we charge $5 a day when it is given twice a day. The $3 fee applies to a single administration.
